Terms & Conditions for eBay Consignment
Follow the progress of your eBay auction by logging into my eBay store: http:/www.stores.ebay.com/mnpcollectibles. Depending on number of items being sold, payments will be made within thirty (30) days after the auction has been completed. This will be for the amount you are owed from the sale of the auction(s), minus fees. An auction is completed after winning bidders payment, shipment of item(s), customer satisfaction, and feedback is left.
Consigned auction item(s) received will try to be listed on eBay by Mn'P Collectibles (The Seller) within one (1) week of receipt of a single item, up to one (1) month on multiple items, depending on the amount of research that needs to be completed. We try to start consigned auctions on Sunday evenings, usually between the hours of 8:00pm and 11:00pm Central Standard Time. The listing time frame is based on one or two items, it will take longer for multiple consigned items, especially sports cards.
Once an item is listed, the auction will run the full course and must be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price. The only time this not in effect is for a reserve price auction and the reserve is not met. If an instance arises that The Consignor demands the item(s) to be pulled from auction and not to be sold, The Consignor will pay a cancellation fee of $50.00 per auction. This fee is collected, in cash, upon the surrender of the item(s) to The Consignor.
All aspects of the transaction will be conducted under the eBay user ID: gofitgje and will be listed in my eBay store, Mn'P Collectibles. This includes taking possession of the item(s) for sale, a thorough quality inspection, photograph/scan an image of the item(s), a description of the item(s), correspondence with bidders/winners, and shipping the item(s).
The Consignor agrees to pay $4.00 for the listing of each auction and 20% of the final bid of the item. The Consignor also agrees to pay all additional eBay Listing Fees, eBay Final Value Fees, and any additional enhancement fees requested.
All auctions will run for a seven (7) day period. Any other services requested by The Consignor will carry the exact fee. These services include, but not limited to, Reserve Price auction fees, a higher opening bid, Gallery, Featured Item, Bold, Gift Icon, eBay Motors, and Real Estate. The Consignor may choose to have the item(s) listed for a three (3) day, a five (5) day, or for a small fee, a ten (10) day period. Note: A minimum fee of $4.00 will be assessed per auction whether the item(s) sell or not.
Payment(s) to The Consignor for the sold item(s) will be sent within 30 days of completing of all aspects associated with the auction, as stated above. A printed copy of the completed auction will accompany the payment and will serve as proof of sale of the item(s).
The Seller will do everything in their power to secure the safety of item(s) in their possession. However, The Seller is not responsible for any damage to the item(s) including fire, theft, flood, accidental damage or breakage, and acts of God. The Consignor releases The Seller of any such responsibility for any unforseen or accidental damage.
The Consignor consents to the sale of said item(s) based on the terms described in this agreement. The said item(s) are fully owned by the stated Consignor and are not stolen, borrowed, bogus, misrepresented in any way, etc.
The Consignor
has read and understands all statements included in this agreement. This
agreement may be revised or amended if necessary, at the discretion of
the Seller. The Consignor of said item(s) and the Seller will agree upon
any revisions or changes to the agreement in writing.
